General Instructions:
For ground transportation, passengers will be met curbside at the lower level unless an inside Meet & Greet has been arranged.
Delta / South Terminal Curbside:
Pickups occur at door LS2 on the SOUTH side lower level (RED signs). Escalators and elevators near the Georgia Lottery Booth, between baggage claim carousels 4 & 5, lead to the lower level. Please respond to your chauffeur’s text message once you have retrieved your luggage and are heading down.
North Terminal Curbside:
Pickups occur at doors LN1 or LN2 on the NORTH side lower level (BLUE signs). Escalators and elevators near the Georgia Lottery Booth, between baggage claim carousels 4 & 5, lead to the lower level. Please respond to your chauffeur’s text message once you have retrieved your luggage and are heading down.
International Terminal Curbside:
Please respond to your chauffeur’s text message once you have cleared customs and are exiting the International Terminal. Your car will meet you at the A1 passenger pickup area.
Meet & Greet:
Your chauffeur will be in the designated Limousine Chauffeur Waiting Area holding a sign.
If you have not made contact with your chauffeur, please call (770)639-6640 once you have claimed your luggage.
Cancelling your reservation after the allowed cancellation period, or failing to show up, will result in full charges of the total reservation amount. All deposits are non-refundable.
Airport transfer cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Point-to-point and hourly reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Change requests made within 2 hours or less of the scheduled pickup time are subject to approval.
Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes, delays, cancellations, or missed flights. The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle caused by themselves or any member of their party during the rental period. Alcohol and drug use are prohibited in our Sedans and SUVs. A $350 sanitation fee will be charged for any major spills (liquids, vomit, etc.) in our vehicles. Vehicles must not be loaded beyond their seating capacity. We are not responsible for any items that are forgotten, left behind, damaged, or stolen in our vehicles. The driver may terminate the charter at any time without a refund if they determine the party is unruly or poses a danger to the safe operation of the vehicle. Luxe Limos Worldwide is not responsible for any delays or inconveniences caused by traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an Act of God. We reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle in the event of circumstances beyond our control. By accepting these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the client assumes full financial responsibility for all payments, including overtime pay, wait time, gratuity, and damage fees.
A 15 minute grace period is granted to all clients, if exceeded client may be subject to additional charges.
